Welcome to the Royal Golf Club of Washington DC, home of America’s oldest and most prestigious African American golf organization.  Here you will learn about our rich history, and the extraordinary efforts it took to bring the club from its origins in 1926 to where it is today — a social and service organization that promotes the sport of golf in the African American community.

 

Throughout our website, you will become familiar with the people and the activities that make the Royal Golf Club special.  Make sure you check out the list of scheduled activities, many of which will undoubtedly be of interest. There are many, many ways for you to get involved.  We are working on several projects, including Summer Appreciation Day, Golf Club Giveback program, and our Annual Bus Trips and Club Championship matches.  If you would like more information about any of these projects, call us at              (240) 709-6149. 

 

We also have a very active golf schedule for our club members. All levels of expertise are welcome, from beginners to professionals.
